Walk-in queue management

Run a live queue without making customers stand in line.

Give each visitor a clear place, useful status, and estimated wait while staff retain control of daily queue operations.

Open a queue for today's demand

An authorized operator can open a queue for a location, add arrival instructions, set a limit, and decide whether customers may join through a public route. Staff can also add a walk-in at the desk. A service can be selected when the queue handles more than one kind of visit.

Give customers a private mobile ticket

After joining, the customer receives a queue reference and secure link. The mobile view shows status, number of customers ahead, an explicitly labelled wait estimate, and current location instructions without revealing anyone else's personal information.

Make the next staff action clear

The operator view shows waiting tickets with arrival time, requested service, wait so far, and alert status. Staff can call or recall a customer, begin service, complete the visit, or record a reason when a ticket is skipped, moved, or cancelled.

Protect order and operational history

Concurrent updates are checked so two staff members cannot unknowingly apply the same action to one ticket version. Important status, estimate, and ordering changes remain traceable, including authorized overrides.

Connect walk-ins to scheduled work

The combined daily view places the live queue beside today's appointments. This helps the team respond to arrivals and delays without erasing the difference between a reserved appointment and a same-day place in line.

Learn how a virtual queue works, then compare the operating promises in appointments versus walk-ins.
