AppointLane

Effective 12 August 2026

Terms of service

These terms govern use of AppointLane. An organization is responsible for its services, professional advice, schedules, customers, staff access, consent wording, retention choices, and compliance with laws that apply to its work. AppointLane provides scheduling, queue, communication, payment-connection, and intake software; it does not provide medical, legal, accounting, or other professional advice.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, protect credentials, keep staff access current, and use the service only lawfully. Do not upload malware, card details, passwords, unlawful content, or information you do not have authority to process. Do not probe, overload, resell, or bypass service security.

Bookings, messages, and payments

Organizations set their availability, cancellation, refund, communication, and service policies. Wait times are estimates. Stripe, Twilio, email, and calendar providers have separate terms. Appointment payments go to the organization's connected provider account; AppointLane does not store card details.

Trials and referrals

The initial trial lasts 14 days. Billing is offered in the supported currency selected before checkout. A referral must be applied before paid checkout. An active referral gives the referred organization the localized discount shown on the pricing page each paid month and gives the referrer the equivalent AppointLane account credit in the referrer's billing currency after the referred invoice is paid and the 30-day hold ends. Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. Pending or future rewards may be withheld for self-referral, related-account abuse, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or unpaid subscriptions.

Availability and data

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Organizations must maintain legally required copies and should follow the documented export, backup, and recovery procedures. We may suspend harmful activity or restrict new operations after a billing grace period, but operational history is not immediately deleted because payment fails.

Liability and termination

To the extent permitted by law, AppointLane is not responsible for an organization's professional services, customer decisions, provider outages, or indirect losses. Either party may stop using the service; retention and deletion follow the privacy notice, documented policy, and applicable law.

Contact and final legal details

Questions may be sent to [email protected]. The operating legal name, governing law, postal address, liability cap, refund terms, and business tax details must be inserted and reviewed for the launch market before paid subscriptions are enabled.
